evyAI Tools (free utilities)
https://evyus.com/tools is a collection of 71 small utilities that solve the unglamorous parts of working on LinkedIn: the copying, the pasting, the list-making, the cleaning up of text before it goes out.
They are free and need no login. They are separate from the evyAI extension and web app — think of them as the workbench next to the workshop.
What’s in there
Section titled “What’s in there”The tools are grouped into six categories:
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Savers | Turn a LinkedIn page you are looking at into a spreadsheet |
| Links | Open, clean, shorten and share URLs |
| Prospecting | Build and work through lists of people |
| Writing | Fix and format text before it goes out |
| Converters | Move data between formats |
| Prompts | Prompt libraries for common jobs |
There is a search box at the top that understands plain descriptions of what you are trying to do, so you do not have to know a tool’s name to find it.
The ones worth knowing first
Section titled “The ones worth knowing first”The savers
Section titled “The savers”You are looking at a LinkedIn page full of people — everyone who reacted to a post, everyone who commented, your own connections feed, poll voters, a company’s followers, a search result, a Sales Navigator list, or today’s birthdays and work anniversaries. Copy the page, paste it into the matching saver, and you get a clean table of names, headlines and profile links that you can export or send straight to the Bulk Link Opener.
There are savers for engagement, comments, polls, your network, company page followers, profile followers, search results, Sales Navigator and occasions.
Bulk Link Opener
Section titled “Bulk Link Opener”Paste a list of profile or post URLs and it opens them one at a time on a timer, so you can work through a list at a human pace instead of hammering LinkedIn with a burst of tabs. It pairs with every saver: build the list in a saver, send it to the opener, work the list.
Writing and cleaning
Section titled “Writing and cleaning”- Markdown Cleaner — the fix for pasting AI output into LinkedIn. LinkedIn
does not render
**bold**, so this converts it to text that actually appears bold in a post. - Make Text Bold — the same idea, on demand.
- Post URL Cleaner — strips the tracking junk off a LinkedIn URL before you share it.
Converters
Section titled “Converters”VCF to CSV for contacts out of your phone, JSON to CSV for data out of anything else, CSV Explorer for looking at any export without opening Excel, and Video to Image Gallery, which pulls still frames out of a video so you can turn one recording into a week of image posts.
Image Studio
Section titled “Image Studio”Drop in an image, especially one made with ChatGPT, Gemini or Firefly, and see what is hiding inside it: the Content Credentials (the signed “made with AI” record that platforms read to label a post), the camera and GPS data, author, copyright and software fields, and an AI read-out. Then clean it, byte for byte, so the picture itself never changes; edit the EXIF details or stamp your name and copyright into every file; crop it to a LinkedIn, Instagram, Story or YouTube size; convert it to JPEG, PNG or WebP under a size limit; rename it; and download one file or a ZIP of all of them. Nothing is uploaded, it all runs in the browser tab.
Video Studio
Section titled “Video Studio”The same idea for video. Drop in an MP4 or MOV and see the Content Credentials (Sora signs every clip it makes), where and on which phone it was recorded, the dates and the software, then blank any of it byte for byte or rewrite the details without re-encoding. Trim it, crop it, resize it, turn a vertical clip into a wide one with a blurred background (or the other way round), and export an MP4 under a size limit, all with your computer’s own hardware encoder in Chrome or Edge. Clips up to ten minutes; nothing leaves the browser.
The standalone tools
Section titled “The standalone tools”A few tools are big enough to live on their own page and are linked from the hub:
- LinkedIn Connections Analyzer — your whole network in charts, segments and comparisons.
- When: Time Zone Links — share one link that shows your meeting time in the viewer’s own time zone.
- Timer & Stopwatch — a full-screen countdown for focus blocks, office hours and webinars.
Live tools and original tools
Section titled “Live tools and original tools”26 of the tools now run on evyAI’s own sites — most of them rebuilt directly into the tools page, a few big enough to have their own home. The rest open where they have always lived. The rebuilt ones share a common backbone, which is why a list built in one tool can be handed straight to another.
Why they’re free
Section titled “Why they’re free”They are the same bet as the rest of evyAI’s teaching: give away the mechanics, and the people who want the relationship-building done properly will come find the platform. Nothing on the tools site asks for a card, and nothing on it is a trial.
