SOP Builder

Most people know they should have a system for prospecting or networking. Few ever write one down, because a blank page does not tell you where to start. SOP Builder gives you the structure: pick a system, work through it stage by stage, and leave with a scored plan, your lists, your assets, a weekly rhythm and a tracker.

It lives at evyus.com/tools/sop-builder, it is free, needs no login, and runs in your browser: your SOP is saved on your own computer, and nothing on the page is sent to our server. The thinking is done by the evyAI Agent, which needs an evyAI account.

  • Business owners and salespeople who want a repeatable process instead of “I should post more” or “I should network more”.
  • Anyone who has an evyAI persona set up and wants it turned into a plan.
  • Teams that want one written way of doing prospecting, marketing, networking, branding or referrals that everyone can follow.

Every SOP runs on the same five stages: Gate, Plan, Assets, Actions, Review.

Choose one of the five systems from the chips at the top of the page: Prospecting SOP, Marketing SOP, Networking SOP, Branding SOP or Referrals SOP. Each one keeps its own saved progress, so you can build more than one.

Before you build a single list, the Gate stage pressure-tests the foundation. You score a handful of questions from 1 (no) to 5 (clearly yes) and write the evidence. To pass, the total has to reach 20 with nothing scored under 2.

  • Prospecting: the ICP pressure test. Is the market big enough, can you find these people, do they have money, do they have the problem, and are there referral partners who already serve them?
  • Marketing: the readiness test on offer, audience, channel, proof and capacity, plus your positioning line.
  • Networking: the readiness test on rooms, give, ask, time and follow-up, plus your one-line intro and your ask.
  • Branding: the brand clarity test on clarity, difference, consistency, proof and voice, plus your brand in one line and the words people should use for you.
  • Referrals: the referral readiness test on happy clients, a clear definition of a good referral, partners, giving and a way to ask, track and thank.

If it fails, the page tells you what to fix first, and a button such as Fix my ICP with evyAI asks evyAI to help you fix it.

Plan turns the target into lists. Prospecting builds your account list first (tiered A, B and C with a trigger), then the buyer center inside each account, then the people. Marketing sets a countable goal, content pillars, campaigns for the quarter and a weekly content plan. Networking maps the rooms you show up in and the people you want to know, with what you can give each one. Branding sets your beliefs and runs a touchpoint audit of your headline, About, banner, website, email signature and more. Referrals builds the list of clients to ask and partners to work with, with a give before every ask.

Each system has its own kit. A few examples: profile copy, openers, a give-first value asset, a proof story and a follow-up library for prospecting; a message map, hooks, post templates and a lead magnet for marketing; intros, a give list, double opt-in intro templates and an event playbook for networking; a bio in short and long versions, a voice guide and an origin story for branding; a forwardable referral card, ask scripts and a thank-you system for referrals.

Actions is your week: how much time you have, what you do each day, and a check that it is actually on your calendar.

Review is a tracker (accounts, posts, conversations, changes or referrals, depending on the system) and a scorecard that shows what moved, so you can plan the next week.

Every stage has a Do this stage with evyAI box with buttons such as Pressure-test my ICP with evyAI. Each one opens the evyAI Agent with a prompt that already knows your persona, asks the stage’s questions, and answers in a format the page can read back. Open Paste evyAI’s answer, paste the reply and press Fill this page from the answer. If you would rather do it in one go, use Build my whole SOP with evyAI at the top, then Paste the full answer. You can also fill every field by hand, or use Copy prompt instead to paste the prompt into any AI.

  • A scored Gate with your positioning or ICP written down.
  • Your lists and tables, each with Download CSV and Paste rows.
  • Your asset kit, a weekly rhythm and a tracker you keep filling in.
  • Print my SOP: a printable one-pager of the whole system.
  • Export and Import to back up your SOP or move it to another computer.

SOP Builder is the plan that the other tools carry out. The Pipeline Stage Builder designs the board you track people on. Problem Discovery and Question Discovery feed the problems and questions your assets speak to. Hook Lab, the Post Editor, the Profile Roaster (linked from the prospecting assets for a profile that converts) and the Content Calendar run the marketing rhythm. The Warm List and the Networking Templates handle the follow-up. The whole set is on the evyAI Tools overview.

  • Your SOP lives in this browser on this computer. Use Export to keep a copy and to move it.
  • The page does not write anything itself. The thinking comes from the evyAI Agent (or any AI you paste the prompt into), and you can always edit what it fills in.
  • When pasting an answer back, only lines with the expected labels are filled in. If something does not land, paste that part again or type it in.
  • Something not working? Use Report a problem on What’s New.
