Warm List
The people who keep showing up on your posts are your warmest leads. The savers tell you who showed up on one post. Warm List tells you who keeps showing up, what to do about each of them, and when to do it.
It lives at evyus.com/tools/warm-list, it is free, needs no login, and runs in your browser: your list is kept on your own computer, not on a server.
Who it’s for
Section titled “Who it’s for”- Anyone who posts on LinkedIn or Facebook and wants engagement to turn into conversations instead of a vanity number.
- Anyone already using the savers who ends up with a folder of CSV files and no plan for them.
- Anyone working the Greeting, Feeding, Meeting rhythm who needs to know who is ready for the next step.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”flowchart LR A[Post] --> B[Engagement Saver
Comment Saver] B -->|Add to Warm List| C[Warm List] C --> D[Next move
+ evyAI message] D --> E[Bulk Link Opener] E --> F[Messaged, Replied,
Meeting, Client] F --> C1. Add people
Section titled “1. Add people”There are four ways in:
- Add to Warm List on any saver page. Every saver that lists people has this button next to Send to Bulk Link Opener, so the people you just saved go straight in.
- Choose CSV files and drop in the files any saver downloaded. LinkedIn’s
own
Connections.csvworks too. - Paste a table copied from a spreadsheet.
- Add one person by hand, with a name, profile URL and a note.
2. Name what they did
Section titled “2. Name what they did”Each import asks two questions: what these people did (reacted, commented, followed, connected and so on, usually filled in for you from the saver) and which post or list it was. Name the same post the same way each time. That label is what lets Warm List see that someone engaged with several different posts, which is the signal that matters.
3. Read the list
Section titled “3. Read the list”The same person is merged across every import, so a profile that appears in five files is one row with five touches. Each person gets:
- A warmth score and a tier: hot, warm, cool or cold. Comments count more than reactions, recent touches count more than old ones, and engaging with several different posts adds the most. The page has a “How the score works” panel with the details.
- A next move, worked out from their tier, their status and whether you are connected: send a connection note, send a first message, warm them up first, follow up, suggest a call, or check in.
- Their full history with you, every touch with the post it came from.
The Today view shows who is overdue, who is due, and the hot and warm people you have not contacted yet. Everyone has search, filters by tier, status, site, post and tag, and sorting by warmth, last touch, next touch date or name.
4. Write the message with evyAI
Section titled “4. Write the message with evyAI”Every person has evyAI buttons that write from their real history with you: a first message, a connection note, a follow-up, a reply to their comment, a suggestion to get on a call, a meeting recap, a check-in, a comment for their latest post, research on them, and a plan for your week. The button opens the evyAI Agent with the prompt already written; you review and send the message yourself.
Select several people and use Write first messages with evyAI or Plan these with evyAI to do a batch at once.
5. Track what happened
Section titled “5. Track what happened”Press I messaged them, They replied or We spoke as things happen. The statuses are New, Messaged, Replied, Meeting booked, Client and Not now. Changing a status sets a sensible next touch date, which you can move with Set next date, and logs the touch on their history.
What comes out
Section titled “What comes out”- Open in Bulk Link Opener: visit the selected profiles one at a time at a human pace with the Bulk Link Opener.
- Calendar: a calendar file of your follow-up dates for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
- Export as CSV, with score, tier, status, next move and history, for everyone or just the people shown.
- Backup and restore as a file, so you can move your list to another computer. Restoring merges with what is already there.
Where it fits
Section titled “Where it fits”Warm List is the middle of the relationship loop on the evyAI Tools overview: your post brings people in, the Engagement Saver and Comment Saver capture who showed up, Warm List decides who to talk to and what to say, the Bulk Link Opener gets you to their profile, and evyAI writes the message. The My Posts Analyzer has a “save who engaged” button that sends you to the Engagement Saver for any post, so the loop can start from your best posts.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- The list lives in this browser on this computer. Use the backup file to move it, and keep a backup before clearing your browser data.
- It does not send messages or reminders for you. You send every message, and the calendar file is how you get reminded.
- If a saver comes back empty because LinkedIn or Facebook changed its layout, use Report a problem on the page and it gets fixed.
