Image Studio

Every image carries more than the picture. A photo from your phone can hold the exact spot where it was taken. An image made with ChatGPT, Gemini or Adobe Firefly carries a signed “made with AI” record that platforms read to label a post. Image Studio shows you all of it, and lets you decide what stays.

It lives at evyus.com/tools/image-studio, it is free, needs no login, and runs in your browser: nothing is uploaded, all of it happens in the browser tab.

  • Anyone who posts AI images and wants to know what the file says about how it was made.
  • Anyone who sends photos to clients or puts them on a website and does not want to share their location or phone model.
  • Anyone who wants their name and copyright stamped into their own images.
  • Anyone who just needs a picture cropped to a LinkedIn or Instagram size, converted and renamed.

Drop images onto the page or click to choose: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and AVIF, up to 20 files at a time and 200 MB each. Video and PDF files can be checked for Content Credentials too. Not sure what to try? Load Phone photo with GPS or ChatGPT image with Content Credentials from the samples.

Each image opens in tabs:

  • Content Credentials: the signed record (also called C2PA) of who made the file and how. ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly and Photoshop, Google Pixel and some newer cameras add it. It shows whether the signature checks out and whether it says the image was made with AI.
  • Metadata: the EXIF, IPTC and XMP fields: camera settings, dates, your name and copyright, the software used, sometimes an edit history and a small thumbnail of the original.
  • Privacy: the things worth worrying about, ranked: the exact location, the device and its serial number, your name, when it was made, the software, an edit history and a hidden thumbnail that can show the picture before a crop. Remove all of this ticks every block for removal.
  • Structure: the blocks the file is made of, for the curious.

3. Clean it in one click, or pick what to remove

Section titled “3. Clean it in one click, or pick what to remove”

Remove all hidden data and download strips everything except the color profile and downloads the clean file. With several images, Clean all gives you a ZIP. The Clean & Edit tab lets you choose block by block instead. Cleaning copies the file byte for byte and leaves out what you removed, so the picture itself does not change at all. Afterwards the tool reads its own output and shows you what is left.

On Clean & Edit you can also change the details: author, copyright, title, dates, GPS (set it or clear it) and more. Save your name and copyright once and use Apply my stamp on every image you bring in.

Crop & Convert crops to ready-made sizes (LinkedIn post, LinkedIn banner, LinkedIn profile photo, Instagram square and portrait, Story, YouTube) or any size you like, rotates and flips, converts to JPEG, PNG or WebP under a file size limit you set, and renames the file. Re-saving drops every hidden block by itself, and can add your own details back in.

  • A clean copy of each image with the hidden data you chose removed, or a ZIP of all of them.
  • Images cropped to the right size for each platform, in the format and file size you need, with names that make sense.
  • A clear read-out of what each file said about itself before you shared it.

Content Credentials are kept by LinkedIn, which shows a small CR icon on the post. Some platforms and search engines use them to label AI content, and that label can limit how far a post travels. Removing the block deletes that record; the picture does not change. Camera and GPS details are stripped by LinkedIn, Instagram and X on upload, but a file you email, share in a chat or put on your own site keeps every field.

Image Studio is the last stop before an image goes out. Make the picture with the evyAI Image Generator or the prompts from Prompt Studio, check and clean it here, then post it with the Post Editor or use it in the Carousel Maker. For video files, the same job is done by Video Studio.

  • Invisible watermarks that live inside the pixels themselves (such as Google’s SynthID) are not metadata, so they stay. Image Studio removes the hidden data blocks, not the picture’s own pattern.
  • iPhone HEIC photos can be inspected but not cleaned, cropped or converted; export them as JPEG first for that.
  • Something not working? Use Report a problem on the page.
