Savers

Every day LinkedIn and Facebook show you lists of people worth knowing: who reacted to a post, who commented, who follows you, who came up in a search, who is going to an event. The trouble is that those lists disappear the moment you close the window. The savers keep them.

There are 19 savers at evyus.com/tools, 12 for LinkedIn and 7 for Facebook. They are free, need no login, and run in your browser: you copy a page, paste it in, and the table is built on that page. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere.

  • Anyone who posts and wants to know, and reach, the people who engaged.
  • Anyone building a list from a LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator search, a Facebook group or an event guest list without paying for exports.
  • Anyone working the Greeting, Feeding, Meeting rhythm who needs names and profile links, not screenshots.

Every saver works the same way.

Open the page that shows the people you want, for example the reactions window on a post, and scroll until everyone you want has loaded. Each saver page has a How to copy box with the exact clicks for that list.

Click just before the first name and drag down past the last one (or click inside the list and press Ctrl+A), then press Ctrl+C. Selecting with the mouse matters: it carries the profile links along with the names.

Come back to the saver, click the paste box, press Ctrl+V, then Process. You get a table of people with a name, profile URL and whatever else that list shows (headline, reaction, comment, mutual friends and so on). Many savers let you paste again after scrolling further or moving to the next page of results; people already in the table are skipped.

Above the table you will find:

  • Download CSV and Copy table, to paste into Google Sheets, Excel or your CRM. Copy URLs copies just the profile links.
  • Send to Bulk Link Opener, which sends every profile to the Bulk Link Opener so you can visit each person at a human pace.
  • Add to Warm List, which sends the people to the Warm List, where repeat engagers rise to the top and each person gets a next move.

The Engagement Saver and Comment Saver also have evyAI buttons under the table. On the Engagement Saver they write thank-you DMs, connection notes for people you are not connected to yet, a read on who is engaging, and a post for that crowd. On the Comment Saver they write a reply to every comment, a DM to each commenter, a thank-you post, a follow-up post, and a summary of what people are asking. Each button opens the evyAI Agent with the prompt filled in.

Facebook hides some details from a normal copy: likes and times on comments, reactions, friend buttons, post counts and dates are marked so they cannot be selected. So the Facebook savers offer two paths.

  • Copy by hand. Select and copy as described above. You get names, profile links and the text (comments, post text), which is often all you need.
  • The Copy for evyAI button. Each Facebook saver page has a Copy for evyAI button you drag to your bookmarks bar once. Open the list on Facebook and click it: it opens hidden replies and “See more” links, scrolls the list so everyone loads, and collects the details a hand copy leaves out. When it says Loaded (or when you click Stop and copy), click its Copy button, come back to the saver and paste. If you dragged the button a while ago, drag it again to get the newest version.

The Event Saver only works with the Copy for evyAI button, because Facebook makes the whole guest list unselectable. Facebook also only shows the full guest list to the host; a guest sees just their own friends.

The savers are the start of the relationship loop on the evyAI Tools overview: your post brings people in, the Engagement Saver and Comment Saver capture who showed up, the Warm List decides who to talk to and what to say, the Bulk Link Opener gets you to each profile, and evyAI writes the message. The My Posts Analyzer can send you straight to the Engagement Saver for any of your posts. For your full list of connections, LinkedIn’s own export feeds the Connections Analyzer; see Download your LinkedIn connections.

  • A saver only sees what you copied. Scroll until everyone has loaded before you copy, and paste again for the next page of results.
  • The savers do not log in to LinkedIn or Facebook or visit pages for you. You copy what you can already see.
  • On Facebook, a hand copy leaves out some details; use the Copy for evyAI button when you need them.
  • If LinkedIn or Facebook changes its layout and a saver comes back empty, use Report a problem on the page and it gets fixed.
