Networking Templates
Your LinkedIn headline says one thing, your speaker bio another, and your email signature still has last year’s title. Networking Templates fixes that: fill in the facts about you once, and every bio, intro and email is written from the same set of facts.
It lives at evyus.com/tools/networking-templates, it is free and needs no login. Your profile is saved in your browser. The only thing that ever goes to a server is your links, and only when you press Fill it in for me.
Who it’s for
Section titled “Who it’s for”- Anyone who needs a bio, an intro or a signature by tomorrow and wants it to match everything else.
- Anyone heading to an event who wants an elevator pitch and a follow-up email ready before they walk in.
- Anyone who speaks, guests on podcasts or gets introduced a lot.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”1. Fill in your profile
Section titled “1. Fill in your profile”The profile is grouped into The basics, Contact details, What you do, Your offer and Personal touch: your name, title and company, who you help and how, what you are known for, client results, your booking link, a free resource, a fun fact and so on. A progress bar shows how many required fields are done. Press See an example to see a finished profile first.
Three shortcuts:
- Fill it in for me reads your website and LinkedIn, searches the web, and fills in your profile for you. Anything it had to guess is marked for you to check. There is a small number of free fill-ins each day, shared with the AI Bio Builder.
- Fill from my contact card starts from a card you saved in the Contact Card Maker.
- Import profile loads a profile you saved earlier with Export profile.
2. Read your templates
Section titled “2. Read your templates”You get 14 ready-to-use pieces, and they update as you type:
- Profiles and bios: LinkedIn Headline, LinkedIn About Section, short, medium and long professional bios, and an X (Twitter) bio.
- Introductions: a networking introduction (your elevator pitch) and a speaker introduction.
- Emails: a meeting request, a follow-up email after an event, and an email signature.
- Pages: a website About page, a newsletter sign-up page and a digital business card.
Pieces with a length limit, like the LinkedIn headline and About section, show a character count against that limit. If a piece still needs a fact, it says Fill in with a link that jumps you to the right field.
3. Edit, polish and copy
Section titled “3. Edit, polish and copy”You can type straight into any template. Your edits are kept, and if your profile changes later the template tells you, with Update from profile or Undo my edits.
Polish in evyAI opens the evyAI Agent with that piece and an instruction to make it sound natural and in your voice, keeping every fact and link exactly as written. For the best results, build your evyAI bio first with the AI Bio Builder (the Build my evyAI bio button), so evyAI knows how you talk.
What comes out
Section titled “What comes out”- Copy on every piece, plus Copy all and Download all (.md) for the whole set.
- Copy formatted signature for a clickable email signature, in the color you pick, ready to paste into your email signature settings.
- Copy as plain text and Download .md for the web pages.
- Save to Contact Card Maker and Download .vcf for the digital business card, so people can save you to their phone.
Where it fits
Section titled “Where it fits”Networking Templates is the “get your story straight” step before you network. The headline and About section go on your LinkedIn profile (the Profile Roaster can tell you how they land), the elevator pitch and follow-up email go to the event, and the meeting request is the natural next step for someone on your Warm List. It fits the Greeting, Feeding, Meeting rhythm: the templates make the meeting part easy to ask for.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- The templates are only as good as the facts you give them. Check anything Fill it in for me had to guess.
- Your profile and edits live in this browser on this computer. Use Export profile to move them.
- It writes the text; it does not update your LinkedIn profile or email settings for you. You paste each piece where it goes.
- Something not working? Use Report a problem on the page.
