Content Calendar

Most people do not run out of ideas. They run out of consistency. Content Calendar gives you a simple weekly plan built from your content pillars and the days you post, fills it with the drafts you already made in the other tools, and keeps a streak so you can see the habit forming.

It lives at evyus.com/tools/content-calendar, it is free, needs no login, and runs in your browser: your plan is kept on your own computer, not on a server.

  • Anyone who posts on LinkedIn and keeps starting strong, then going quiet.
  • Anyone with drafts scattered across the Post Editor, Hook Lab and Carousel Maker who wants them in one place with a date on each.
  • Anyone who wants a weekly rhythm (plan Monday, post, review Friday) without a paid social media scheduler.

Pick 3 to 5 content pillars, the themes you want to be known for. There are suggested pillars to click (Expertise, Stories, Opinions, Proof and more), you can + Add a pillar of your own, or press Not sure? Ask evyAI: evyAI asks you a few questions and proposes pillars, and Paste pillars from evyAI brings them back in. Then tick your Posting days and, if you like, who the content is for. Press Open my calendar.

Press Plan this week with evyAI. The prompt already knows your pillars, your open posting days, what you posted lately (so nothing repeats) and your backlog. Paste evyAI’s answer back and Place on the week: the week fills itself, one idea per posting day with a pillar, a format and a hook.

Prefer to use what you have? Fill from backlog puts your best backlog ideas on the open days, rotating to the pillar you have neglected most.

The Pull from your tools panel shows your drafts from the Post Editor, saved hooks and openers from Hook Lab, carousels from the Carousel Maker, problems and content ideas from Problem Discovery, and stories from Story Finder. Drag any of them onto a day, or press + to keep it in the backlog. Ones you have used are dimmed.

Every card has Write, which opens a panel with Write with evyAI. The prompt carries the pillar, the hook, your notes and the format, and there are 10 formats to choose from (post, story, list, carousel, poll, video script, article, newsletter, X thread, and an “engage day” with comment ideas instead of a post). Use Paste what evyAI wrote to put the text into the slot. An empty posting day has its own evyAI button that writes something for your least used pillar.

When it is live, press Posted and add the post link if you want. Your streak counts the posting days in a row with something posted; today does not break it until the day is over. Missed posting days are marked so you can see the gaps.

Review the week opens evyAI with what you posted, which pillar is starving and which formats you have not tried, and asks for ideas for next week.

  • A Week view, a Month view and a Backlog with search and filters. Each pillar in the backlog has a button that asks evyAI for 20 ideas for that pillar, and the answer pastes straight back in.
  • Stats: your posting streak, posted versus planned this week, backlog size, and how balanced your pillars were over the past month.
  • Under More…: a Calendar file of what is scheduled (.ics) for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar, Export CSV, and Backup (JSON) with Restore a backup.
  • Each card’s menu can Open in Post Editor, Open in Carousel Maker, Repurpose with evyAI, Duplicate into backlog or Move to backlog.

Content Calendar is the “when” step of the content loop on the evyAI Tools overview. The tools before it send drafts straight in: Schedule this in the Post Editor, Schedule it under the opener in Hook Lab, Schedule this carousel in the Carousel Maker, and Schedule this on any story in Story Finder. Each one opens the calendar with the draft ready: pick a day, or leave the date blank to keep it in the backlog.

After it, the My Posts Analyzer tells you what worked. Its Plan next week for my Content Calendar button writes next week’s plan in the exact format the calendar reads, and Add a sequel to my Content Calendar drops a follow-up idea into your backlog. When you press Posted, the calendar points you to the Engagement Saver and the Warm List, which starts the relationship loop. All the writing happens in the evyAI Agent, which needs an evyAI account; the calendar itself is free.

  • The calendar lives in this browser on this computer. Use Backup (JSON) to move it, and keep a backup before clearing your browser data.
  • It does not post for you and does not send reminders. The calendar file is how you get reminded.
  • It does not read your post numbers. That is what the My Posts Analyzer is for.
  • Questions or ideas go to Request a tool or Report a problem at evyus.com/tools/whats-new.
