Connect evyAI to Claude (MCP)

evyAI has an MCP connector. Add it to Claude once and Claude can work inside your evyAI account: write in your voice, save templates, manage your connections, set follow ups, search for prospects, and publish to LinkedIn. You talk. evyAI does the work.

The friendly walkthrough with copy-and-paste prompts lives at evyus.com/mcp. This page is the reference.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard, a shared plug, that lets an AI assistant use another app’s features as tools. Think of it as USB-C for AI: evyAI built the plug, Claude knows how to use it.

  • Claude is the brain, evyAI is the hands. You say what you want in plain English. Claude decides which evyAI tool to call. evyAI runs it in your account, with your profile, personas and styles.
  • Claude never touches LinkedIn. Publishing, scheduling and prospect search happen inside evyAI, the same way they do when you click in the app.
  • You stay in charge. You sign in with your evyAI login. You never paste a password into Claude. Every result comes back as a link into evyAI, nothing is published unless you ask, and you can disconnect any time.

  • An active evyAI account on any plan.
  • Claude on a paid plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise). Custom connectors are not available on the free Claude plan.
  • If you want Claude to publish for you, connect your LinkedIn account inside evyAI first.
  1. Open API and MCP in evyAI. Sign in, go to Settings, and click API and MCP. Direct link: https://app.evyai.com/app/me/api-access.
  2. Add a custom connector in Claude. Click Customize, then add a custom connector. Name it evyAI and paste the connector URL: https://services.api.evyai.com/mcp
  3. Log in. Claude asks whether to log in. Click Log in and sign in with your evyAI account. This is a normal sign-in, not a token or a password paste.
  4. Set access to Always allow (optional). This stops Claude pausing to ask permission before every step. If you prefer to approve each action, leave it off. Both work.
  5. Fill out your evyAI profile. Role, company, offer, audience and tone in Settings. Every tool reads this before it writes. Five minutes here makes every future prompt sound like you.
  6. Run the test. Paste this into Claude: Use evyAI to read my profile, then create an asset called New Connection Thank You that I can send to new LinkedIn connections. If Claude replies with a link to the new asset in evyAI, you are connected.

Claude sees 43 evyAI tools. In everyday terms:

The Weekly Content Machine

Read my evyAI profile. Write 5 LinkedIn posts for this week on my core topics. Show them to me first. Once I approve, schedule them Monday through Friday at 9am Eastern.

The Post-Event Follow Up

I met these 4 people at today’s event: [names and notes]. Save each one in my evyAI connections, add a note about where we met, write a personal follow up message for each, and add a to-do to follow up in 3 days.

The Template Library Builder

Create 10 evyAI assets for my networking: connection thank yous, event follow ups, intros, congrats comments and reconnect messages. Write them in my voice.

The Monday Morning Brief

List my open evyAI to-dos, tell me who I need to follow up with this week, and email me the summary.

Nothing extra. The connector uses your evyAI plan exactly the way the app does:

  • Reading your profile, searching prospects, previewing a profile, and saving connections, notes, to-dos, assets and campaigns are free.
  • Writing content and generating images cost the same as in the app: 1 evyCoin minimum per text generation (more for longer output) on the free plan, 5 evyCoins per image. Text is unlimited on Premium and Pro.
  • Unlocking a prospect (saving them with email and phone) costs evyCoins per person, the same as unlocking in Find Prospects. See evyCoins.
  • Ask for the draft first. Published posts cannot be taken back. Say “show me before you publish” and Claude will.
  • Say your time zone. “9am Eastern”, not “9am”. Without it, scheduling is read as UTC.
  • Campaigns start as drafts. Open them in evyAI to review and launch.
  • Templates are a starting point. Personalize before you send. Relationships are built on real interest in the other person.
  • It acts as you, inside your own account, and does what you could do yourself. Disconnect it from API and MCP in evyAI Settings or from Claude’s connector settings.
  • Automate your tech, not your relationships. Let Claude handle the busywork so you can spend the time having real conversations.
