Styles

A Style is “a creative brief the AI follows every time.” It’s how your Persona writes — the structure, length, formatting, and quirks that make output recognizably yours.

  • Style Name — name by voice + content type: “Joe Apfelbaum – LinkedIn Post”, “Comment – Warm and Punchy”. Never “My Style 1”.
  • Use Case — when this style applies; a context note to yourself and the AI.
  • Level of Detail — pick one: Summary (comments, short posts) · Moderate (standard posts) · In-Depth (articles). Must match your character count — In-Depth needs 2,000+ characters to breathe.
  • Character Count — slider 100–5,000. Recommended: posts 800–2,000 (the sweet spot), articles 4,000–5,000, comments 150–400.
  • Include Emojis — toggle. Pro tip: keep two versions of your main style, emojis on and off.
  • Writing Format (multi-select, 0–6): Add Headings, Bullet List, Text Highlight, Pull Quote, Pro Tip, Insert Clickable Links. Recipes: posts = Bullets + Pro Tip · articles = Headings + Bullets + Pull Quotes + Pro Tip · comments = none (comments must feel human-typed).
  • Writing Tools (multi-select, 0–6): Data Driven, Real Examples, Use Metaphor, Add Dialogue, Tell Story, Ask Questions. Recipes: engagement post = Story + Questions · educational = Data + Examples + Metaphor · inspirational = Story + Metaphor + Questions.
  • Free Textthe secret weapon. Your rules, quirks, signature phrases, banned words. The more specific, the more recognizable the output.
  1. Your Voice styles — your defaults, in your own voice.
  2. Inspiration styles — borrowed energy from voices you admire.
  3. Format/Purpose styles — the content type drives the structure.
