Personas
A Persona is who is writing. (A Style is how they write — keep the two straight and everything clicks.)

Person persona = an individual voice — you, or a version of you per platform or audience. Company persona = represents a company — use it when creating content for a LinkedIn company page or writing on behalf of the business.
Personas are per-platform and per-action
Section titled “Personas are per-platform and per-action”A Facebook comment persona is a different creature from a LinkedIn CEO persona. One persona is enough to start; different voices for different audiences and platforms is why Premium and Pro exist.
Plan limits: Basic 1 persona · Premium 10 · Pro Unlimited. Available on every plan.
The persona worksheet
Section titled “The persona worksheet”The difference between a good persona and a lazy one is Boundaries. Build yours through six layers:
- Identity — industry, title, company
- Expertise — keywords, skills, achievements, education
- Voice — communication style, tone, preferred phrases
- Boundaries — taboos, banned words, structural rules like “never end with a question”
- Agenda — goals, networking targets, what to promote
- Personal touches — interests, hobbies
Two complete, copy-paste-ready examples (a platform-specific comment persona and a structured CEO persona) are on the Persona Templates page.
