Facebook Comment Saver
Save everyone who commented on a Facebook post: what they said, how many likes their comment got, their profile, when they posted and a direct link back to the comment. Replies are marked separately from top-level comments.
Paste the comments
Easiest: the Copy button
Drag this to your bookmarks bar (one button for comments, likes and groups; if you dragged it before, drag it again for the newer version):
- Open the post on Facebook (click its date so it opens by itself). Change Most relevant to All comments.
- Click Copy for evyAI in your bookmarks bar. It opens every "View more comments", "View replies" and "See more" for you.
- When it says Loaded, click its Copy button, come back here and press
Ctrl+Vin the box.
Or copy by hand
- On the post, switch to All comments and click View more comments and each View replies until everything is showing.
- Click just before the first commenter's name and drag down past the last comment.
- Press
Ctrl+C, come back here and pressCtrl+Vin the box.
A copy by hand gets names, profiles and comments, but Facebook leaves out the likes on each comment and the times. The Copy for evyAI button gets everything.
Nothing leaves your browser; the table is built on this page.
Friend status
Facebook doesn't show friend status in the comments. If you also save the post's likes with the Facebook Likes Saver in this browser, the Friend column fills in for everyone who appears in both.
Works with
- Facebook Likes Saver: the same for everyone who reacted.
- Bulk Link Opener: send every commenter's profile over in one click.
- Comment Saver: the LinkedIn version.
