About
Nick He is Co-Founder of GPS Renting, a Greater Seattle-area real estate investment and property management business that manages over $200M in assets and helps clients buy and sell property. Originally from China, he came to the US for his MBA at Duke's Fuqua School of Business and spent over a decade in strategy and program management roles at SAP, McKinsey, and Microsoft before leaving Microsoft in 2016 to build GPS Renting full-time.
