About
Chris Frutkin founded City Center Properties in 1987, focused on preserving historic buildings in historic Cincinnati neighborhoods. Over nearly four decades he's developed apartments, single-family housing, warehouse, office, entertainment, retail, and condominium space, building a business he sees as differentiated by both its preservation specialization and financial health. He's also been deeply involved in Cincinnati's civic and preservation community and has held EO leadership roles at both the chapter and global level.
