101 Questions to Find Your Story

Everyone has a story worth telling. Most people just never got asked the right questions. Here are 101 of them, from easy to deep, plus the follow-ups that turn an answer into a story people remember.

How to use these

Talk, don't write

Hit record on your phone, or tap the mic in Story Finder. You'll say things you'd never type.

One question at a time

Don't power through all 101. Pick a chapter, take 10 minutes, come back tomorrow.

Always ask "How did that happen?"

The first answer is the summary. The follow-up is where the story lives.

You decide what's shared

Chapters 6 and 10 are optional. Nothing you answer has to go public.

Never told your story before?

"My story isn't interesting."Every story feels boring from the inside. You lived it, so it feels normal. Answer a few questions and let us show you what other people hear.
"I don't know where to start."Start with breakfast. Seriously. Small questions open big doors. Pick one question below and talk for a minute.
"I can't see the thread."You don't need to yet. Collect moments first. The thread shows up when you have a few stories side by side.
"I don't want to overshare."Good. You decide what goes public. Some chapters are optional, and everything is private until you choose to share it.
