Dr. Patricia Luna is President and CEO of Maclovia LLC, a professional services company supporting the U.S. federal government, which she founded in 2011 with a vision of bringing entrepreneurship, collaboration, and innovative approaches to public programs. With more than 20 years of experience across the federal and private sectors, she led several federal small business programs within the Department of the Air Force and Commerce, and is a long-term advocate for American Indian economic development. She earned her Master's and Doctorate in Education from the University of Cincinnati.
