evyAI Workflow Catalog

Every workflow idea for evyAI, from a Monday-morning prospect briefing to a scheduled posting engine, published as a browsable catalog where each card shows a prototype of exactly what a member would receive, and members vote on what gets built.

⚡ The roadmap became a product

The problem

Workflows are a retention engine: something useful shows up on a schedule and asks you to finish it. But which of dozens of ideas deserve to be built first?

What Claude Code did

Claude generated the full catalog: 45 workflow concepts across nine categories, 23 of them with real prototypes of the actual email or output a member would get, plus a voting and comment system so demand is measured instead of guessed. The whole site regenerates from a single build script.

The result

The product roadmap became a public artifact. Instead of debating priorities internally, the catalog collects votes and comments, and the most-wanted workflows earn their build order.

FAQ

What counts as a workflow?

Something useful that arrives on a schedule and asks you to finish it: a Monday list of ten companies, a daily news brief with post angles, a weekly relationship nudge.

Why publish the roadmap?

Votes beat guesses. Members telling you what they want, on the record, is better product research than any internal debate.
