The problem
Workflows are a retention engine: something useful shows up on a schedule and asks you to finish it. But which of dozens of ideas deserve to be built first?
What Claude Code did
Claude generated the full catalog: 45 workflow concepts across nine categories, 23 of them with real prototypes of the actual email or output a member would get, plus a voting and comment system so demand is measured instead of guessed. The whole site regenerates from a single build script.
The result
The product roadmap became a public artifact. Instead of debating priorities internally, the catalog collects votes and comments, and the most-wanted workflows earn their build order.
