The problem
Asking for testimonials mostly fails at the blank page. Happy customers stall the moment they have to compose something.
What Claude Code did
Claude built a flow that removes the writing entirely: the customer clicks through a short multiple-choice interview about their experience, Emmanuel drafts a testimonial from their answers in their own tone, and the customer edits or approves. Consent is explicit, approval is required, and only then does it appear on the public wall.
The result
The ask shrinks from 'please write something' to 'click a few buttons and approve a draft.' A batch of invites is staged and ready to go out to past cohort members.
