#44Live ↗Directories & Data

RooferButler.com: Rufus Roofington, Roofing Concierge

3,154 roofing companies across 31 cities · 3 roofing segments · 600 businesses enriched daily
⚡ Directory #2, stamped from the template in a day

The problem

SpeakEasySpas proved the self-running directory engine worked for one industry. The real test: could the same machine stamp out a second industry, on a new domain, in about a day?

What Claude Code did

Claude cloned the engine into roofing: three segments (residential, commercial, and storm repair), the full Rufus Roofington brand implemented from a design file, complete with an inline SVG butler-roof logo, and a seeded territory of 20 Long Island town pages plus 13 borough and East End pages that outrank the national queue. The same cron chain runs offset from the spa directory: backup, scrape, enrich, publish, hot leads, morning report.

The result

Live with HTTPS in about a day and growing every night. The daily hot-leads briefing, with the reasons each roofer needs help, is ready to feed a local partner, and the playbook now has a proven repeatable second act.

FAQ

Who is Rufus Roofington?

The directory's AI concierge: a butler whose hat is a roof. He fronts the brand, and the automation behind him does the nightly work.

How long did directory #2 take versus #1?

About a day. The first directory took the real thinking; this one was the template proving it can be stamped out per industry.

Why start with Long Island and NYC?

Territory-first beats spreading thin. The engine seeds one region deeply, ranks it ahead of the national queue, and expands from the playbook's market atlas.
