StrategyHow to think about the 35 workflows
Retention is the goal. A member stays when evyAI does work for them, shows them progress, and holds something of theirs they would lose by leaving. Every workflow should be checked against those three.
1. Three engines, not 35 products
Almost every workflow in the catalog is one of three mechanical shapes. Build the engine once, then each workflow is a playbook (a prompt, a data source, a cadence) on top of it. This is the single most important way to slice the list.
Engine A: the Deck
A queue of items with a cap, a done loop, and a refill. Daily. The user must act on each item.

Engine B: the Radar
Monitor sources, filter to what fits the member, attach a suggested action, deliver as a digest, store in a library. Weekly or monthly.

Engine C: the Monthly Build
A roadmap of items, one per month, with the draft pre-written, a verify step, and a score that moves. Monthly.

Outside the three engines: the autopilots (Scheduled Posts, Evergreen Library, Cold Email Autopilot, Meet Me Network, Content Repurposer, Newsletter Drafter) which send or publish without a human step, and the Weekly Scorecard, which is a reporting layer over everything.
2. Done for you, sent to you, done with you
DONE FOR YOU
evyAI acts. Member does nothing.
Scheduled Posts, Evergreen Post Library, Cold Email Autopilot, Meet Me Network, Content Repurposer, Newsletter Drafter, the posting leg of Daily Video Script.
Retention logic: canceling turns off an income stream. Highest stickiness, highest risk (deliverability, quality, trust).
SENT TO YOU
evyAI informs. Member reads, then maybe acts.
Industry News Brief, Monday 10, Active Prospect, Calendly Finder, Company Signals Watch, Competitor Finder and Watch, Personal Brand Radar, Local Event Finder, Keyword + AEO Library, Warm Lead Radar, Trigger Moments, Weekly Scorecard.
Retention logic: the member feels informed and ahead. Weakest on its own (email digests get ignored) unless every item carries a one-click next step and lands in a library.
DONE WITH YOU
evyAI makes it easy and holds you to it.
Relationship Deck, Influencer Comment Queue, Daily Video Script, FAQ Builder, Follow-Up Queue, Community Conversations, Daily Tip, Profile Power Hour, Website Tip, Brand Asset Builder, Lead Magnet, Offer of the Month, Goals Coach, Dormant Reconnect, Recommendation Ask, Podcast Pitch.
Retention logic: habit plus visible progress. This is where evyAI becomes a coach, not a tool. Members do not cancel their coach the week they are winning.
3. The five retention mechanisms, and which workflows carry them
- Accumulation (they would lose it if they left)
- Evergreen Post Library, FAQ Builder, Personal Brand Radar library, Keyword + AEO Library, Competitor Library, Brand Asset Library, Signals Library, Goals journal. Every workflow should write to a library. This is the switching cost.
- Habit (daily touch)
- Relationship Deck, Comment Queue, Video Script, Daily Tip, FAQ Builder, Warm Lead Radar. One or two daily workflows is enough; five is spam.
- Autopilot (revenue runs without them)
- Cold Email Autopilot, Scheduled Posts, Meet Me Network. Cancel means turning off leads.
- Proof of progress (a number that goes up)
- Weekly Scorecard, Profile Power Hour score, Website score, Brand completeness score, Goals dashboard, streaks everywhere. The Scorecard should roll all of these up into one number the member sees every Friday.
- Network effect (only works inside evyAI)
- Meet Me Network. Only one workflow has it today. See "what is missing."
4. Must have, nice to have
Must have (core promise: LinkedIn turns into clients)
- Relationship Deck: uses data evyAI already has, daily habit, feeds everything else.
- Influencer Comment Queue: cheapest reach on LinkedIn, extension already exists.
- Evergreen Post Library: kills the blank page forever, pure accumulation.
- Weekly Scorecard: the retention dashboard. Without it, nobody sees the value.
- Monday 10: the one clients will talk about.
- Warm Lead Radar + Follow-Up Queue: the leads are already there, nobody works them.
- FAQ Builder: daily, accumulating, feeds posts, videos, website, and AEO.
- Goals + Accountability Coach: the brain that decides which workflow matters this week.
Nice to have (differentiators, sell later, persona specific)
- Local Event Finder, Competitor Finder and Watch, Personal Brand Radar, Keyword + AEO Library (great for authority-seekers; expensive data).
- Offer of the Month, Lead Magnet of the Week (coaches and experts love these; less relevant to a plumber).
- Brand Asset Builder, Website Tip, Profile Power Hour (monthly builders; high value, low urgency).
- Podcast Pitch, Calendly Finder, Active Prospect (narrow but delightful).
- Daily Tip by SMS, Newsletter Drafter, Content Repurposer (easy, nice, not reasons to stay).
- Company Signals Watch (must-have for recruiters and sellers, nice for everyone else).
5. Phases
PHASE 1: next 90 days
Build the engine, ship 5 workflows on internal data only
Workflow runner: schedule, batch, deliver (email + in-app), done loop with caps, library storage, score. Then: Relationship Deck, Influencer Comment Queue, Evergreen Post Library, FAQ Builder, Weekly Scorecard.
Why these: no paid external data, no new OAuth, two daily habits, two libraries, one scorecard. A member with a deck, a queue, a library, and a Friday number has a reason to log in every day.
PHASE 2: months 4 to 6
Leads and signals (Engine B)
Monday 10, Warm Lead Radar, Follow-Up Queue, Trigger Moments, Company Signals Watch, Industry News Brief, Keyword + AEO Library. Needs Apollo, PPL, SerpAPI, screenshot service, and a spend gate per member.
Why now: this is the revenue story. Phase 1 makes them consistent; Phase 2 makes them money.
PHASE 3: months 7 to 12
Autopilots and the coach (Engine C plus the risky ones)
Cold Email Autopilot (Gmail verification), Daily Video Script (Buffer + upload), Meet Me Network (needs member density), Goals Coach, then the monthly builders as one engine with five playbooks: Profile Power Hour, Website Tip, Brand Asset Builder, Lead Magnet, Offer of the Month.
Why last: highest build cost, highest trust required, and the monthly builders are better once the libraries they pull from exist.
6. Obvious and easy (could ship in a sprint each, any phase)
Weekly Scorecard, Dormant Reconnect, Recommendation Ask, Content Repurposer, Newsletter Drafter, Daily LinkedIn Tip. All reuse writers that exist and data evyAI already holds. Good filler work between bigger builds and good for the changelog.
7. What is missing
- Reply to your own comments and DMs
- The most obvious daily deck is not in the catalog: every comment on your posts and every DM, with a drafted reply, done-looped. It is the highest-intent engagement a member has and most ignore it. Should be a Phase 1 workflow.
- First 14 days
- Retention is decided in the first two weeks. An onboarding workflow that runs one small win a day (connect, post, comment, label 10 people, book office hours) and reports back. No workflow in the catalog targets the new member.
- Your evyAI ROI report
- Monthly: what evyAI did for you (posts, comments, messages, leads, meetings, hours saved). Retention 101. The Scorecard covers the member's LinkedIn; this covers the product's value.
- Introductions
- Each week, introduce two of your connections to each other, with the intro drafted. Givers gain, and it is a network effect nobody else has.
- Referral Ask
- Who in your network can introduce you to a specific target (paths through mutual connections), with the ask written. Pairs with Monday 10.
- Existing clients
- Check-ins, renewals, upsell moments for the member's own clients. The Deck touches this, but a dedicated client-care workflow is a retention product for their business, which makes evyAI a retention product for yours.
- After the event
- Local Event Finder gets them in the room. Nothing captures who they met and follows up. A post-event deck: scan badges or name the people, get connect notes and follow-ups.
- Team and company page
- Every workflow is for one person. Businesses with 5 to 50 staff want employee advocacy and a company page calendar. Different buyer, bigger ticket.
- Win-back
- When a member goes quiet inside evyAI, a workflow that notices and re-engages them (a text from Joe's voice, a small ask). The workflows hold them; this catches them falling.
- Stop doing
- Most advice adds. A quarterly 'stop doing this' from the data (posts that never work, people who never reply, topics nobody cares about).
8. Divergent prompts for the next brainstorm
- By persona: what would the recruiter, the coach, the agency owner, the plumber, the CFO each want delivered? Bundle 5 workflows per persona and sell the bundle.
- By moment: Monday morning, Friday afternoon, the day before a meeting, the day after an event, the first of the month, the end of the quarter, the day they get a new client, the day they lose one.
- By fear: what keeps the member up at night (pipeline, being invisible, looking amateur, wasting time, missing out)? One workflow per fear.
- By what they already own: their old posts, their inbox, their calendar, their clients, their photos, their recordings. Each is a library waiting to be built.
- By what only evyAI can do: anything that uses the community (matches, intros, shared lists, collaborative comments) cannot be copied by a ChatGPT prompt.
