Company Signals Watch

Who is hiring, who is firing, and what is changing inside the companies you care about

What it does
Name the companies you care about, or give us an ICP and we pick them. We watch for hiring, layoffs, leadership changes, funding, expansions, and news, and tell you what it means and what to do. Built for recruiters first, and for anyone who sells to companies.
You set up once
  • A watch list of companies (upload, pick from your Monday 10, or let us build one from your ICP)
  • Your mode: Recruiter (roles, hiring managers, who is leaving), Seller (budget, pain, new decision makers), or Both
  • Signals you care about: job postings, layoffs, new execs, departures, funding, office moves, product launches, reviews
  • Titles and departments that matter to you
You get
  • Weekly digest per company: open roles and how that changed, who joined and who left, funding or layoffs, notable news, and a one-line read of what is going on
  • Recruiter mode: new roles with the likely hiring manager, roles open more than 45 days (they need help), and people who just left (candidates)
  • Seller mode: new decision makers in their first 90 days, hiring in your category (budget exists), layoffs in a department (pain or risk), and a drafted message for each
  • Instant alerts for big moves: a layoff, a new CEO, a funding round
  • A Signals Library per company so you can scroll its whole timeline before a call
The loop (why people stay)
Each signal is Act, Watch, or Ignore. Act opens a drafted message or adds to your Relationship Deck. Companies with no signals for 90 days get flagged to swap out. Ignored signal types stop showing. Watch list caps at 100 companies so the digest stays readable.
Why this workflow
A company that just lost its VP Sales, posted 6 roles, or raised a round is reachable this week and not next month. Recruiters live on this and pay for it; sellers should. Google Alerts is noise, this is signals with a next step.
