Unicode Post Editor

Write LinkedIn and X posts with real bold, italic, underline and more. See exactly where the ...more fold lands, get X's real character count, turn a long post into a thread, and keep every draft in a private library. Everything stays in your browser.

Ctrl+B bold, I italic, U underline, Shift+X strike, \ clear. Nothing selected? Press Ctrl+B and just type in bold. Ctrl+Z undoes anything.

Style as you go

Highlight words and click a style, or press the shortcut. Click it again to remove it. Bold and italic combine into bold italic. Nothing selected? Turn bold on and keep typing. Styles are real Unicode letters, so they survive the paste into LinkedIn and X. On X, each styled letter counts as 2 characters; the counter already knows.

Paste from anywhere

Paste from Google Docs, Word, Notion, a web page or ChatGPT and your bold, italic, underline, strikethrough and bullet lists turn into Unicode that LinkedIn keeps. Pasted markdown with **stars**? You get a one-click convert.

Private by design

Your text and drafts live only in this browser. Export them as a file to back up or move computers. Coming from the old editor? Click Export there, then Import that file here.

A tip on styled text: screen readers read Unicode letters poorly, so use them for a few key words, not whole paragraphs. The Post check warns you when it gets heavy.
