Did Lao Tzu really say it?
Watch your thoughts, they become words; watch your words, they become actions.
Really: Unknown, 1977
It is not in Lao Tzu. A 1977 Texas newspaper credited it to supermarket founder Frank Outlaw, and it grew from older sayings.
How to post it: Share it as a saying, not a Lao Tzu quote.
