What Claude Code did
Claude Code cataloged every app with a migrate, keep, or kill verdict, then built out the VPS infrastructure: nginx, SSL, firewalls, fail2ban, systemd services, nightly backups. Then came the migration wave: ten apps moved, each with its database exported and restored, rented platform logins replaced with email magic links, and platform AI proxies swapped for direct API keys. Every one verified live before the old copy was retired.
The result
A hardened fleet Joe owns outright, ten rescued apps running on it, and every service documented with its own runbook.
