This Portfolio (It Publishes Itself)

The site you are reading right now: a zero-dependency Node app with JSON file storage, a full admin panel, a question form that emails Joe, and llms.txt for AI crawlers. Claude built it, deploys it, and writes these very entries.

The problem

Joe kept telling people what he had built with Claude Code and had nowhere to point them.

What Claude Code did

Claude built a portfolio engine with no npm dependencies at all: Node standard library, JSON files for storage, an admin panel with full editing, a per-project question form that emails Joe through Postmark, and screenshots it takes of its own deployed apps.

The result

When a new project ships, Claude writes the entry, screenshots the live app, and deploys the update over SSH. This entry was added exactly that way.

FAQ

Zero dependencies, really?

Really. No framework, no database server, no npm install. Less to break, nothing to patch.

How do projects get added?

Claude writes the entry, takes a screenshot of the live app, updates the data file on the server, and restarts the service. Joe just reviews.
