The problem
Customer success ran on a Google Form, a 37-column spreadsheet, and paid automation scenarios nobody dared touch. No one could see who touched which member, or when.
What Claude Code did
Claude built a shift system inside the team dashboard: check in, work a personal queue with live billing status, log every touch, finish the shift, and the report emails itself. Member identities are bridged across community, CRM, and billing even when signup emails differ. The party trick: paste a Zoom participants screenshot and a vision model extracts and matches attendees. A resource library then powers recurring client accountability emails, timezone-correct, with an optional AI personal touch line.
The result
The whole CS team runs shifts through it, every member touch is auditable, and the old automation scenarios are retired.
