The problem
Meeting requests were getting lost between WhatsApp threads. One contact fell through the cracks for weeks, and the CRM could not model scheduling states, intros, or event promises at all.
What Claude Code did
Claude built a kanban that models how scheduling actually works (inbox, processing, waiting, scheduling, scheduled, rescheduling, met), added AI quick-add that turns a pasted message into a structured card, public booking and podcast guest forms with spam protection, instant email alerts to Joe's assistant, and a morning digest that flags anything going stale.
The result
The lost contact became the first card. Nothing has been lost since, and podcast appearances now run through the same pipeline with prep and promo checklists.
