The problem
A daily-content site is only credible if it's actually fresh every day โ and hosting on Replit was fragile and pricey.
What Claude Code did
Claude Code migrated the whole site to a VPS, then built an ops layer around it: an extended health endpoint, a daily cron freshness check, boot-time crash recovery, and phone push notifications the moment anything looks stale.
The result
A site that publishes daily and pages Joe only when something's actually wrong.
