The problem
The app lived on a rented platform with a shared AI proxy, an admin password of admin123, and zero team visibility into what clients were doing.
What Claude Code did
Claude migrated it to Joe's own server in careful phases: full database backup, lift and shift, bug fixes and a team dashboard, then a DNS cutover with a final data re-sync so no client lost a keystroke. Then it kept going: client approval gating, per-client writing rules, a 4-tier offer builder, a lead magnet lab that turns one concept into a full package, and Postmark emails on every important event.
The result
71 clients have completed all 9 strategy sections. The team sees everything, features ship weekly, and the platform bill is gone.
