## Where

**Person persona** = an individual voice — you, or a version of you per platform
or audience. **Company persona** = represents a company — use it when creating

## Personas are per-platform and per-action
A Facebook comment persona is a different creature from a LinkedIn CEO persona.
One persona is enough to start; different voices for different audiences and
platforms is why Premium and Pro exist.

and you're logged in to the side panel. Now generate your first comment — this
takes two minutes.
## The flow
1. With the side panel open and logged in, go to **LinkedIn** — and **refresh
LinkedIn**. (This is the #1 missed step.)
2. Find any post in your feed and **click into the comment box**.
3. Look at the side panel: the title at the top should now say **"Comment"**.
That means evyAI can see the post and is ready to help you respond to it.
*(If it doesn't say "Comment": refresh LinkedIn and click into the post again.)*
4. Refine your output — choose a **Goal**, **Tone**, or
[**Persona**](/knowledgebase/features/personas/).
5. Make sure the **last place you clicked was inside the comment box**, then hit
**Generate**.
6. Review the comment, make it yours, and post it. That's it — first comment done. **BOOM!**

Two failure points cause almost every "it's not working" moment. Check these
first — in order:

## 1. Refresh LinkedIn
The side panel connects to LinkedIn when the page loads. If you opened or logged
into the side panel *after* LinkedIn was already open, **refresh LinkedIn**.
Then click into a comment on any post — the side panel title should say
**"Comment"**. If it doesn't: refresh and click into the post again.
## 2. Cursor focus
evyAI generates into the field you last clicked. Before hitting **Generate**,
make sure **the last place you clicked was inside the comment box** (or message
box, or post editor). Clicked something else on the way? Click back into the box
first.
